We believe clients want clarity. 2nvision provides clear written proposals with goals, timetables, milestones and budgets. Occasionally, we will make a proposal conditional on the client committing to make a structural change for the project to succeed. For example a legal department may need to change goals in order to align itself with annual business plans. We explain these needs as early as they are identified.

Our fees are charged on a project basis and billed monthly pro-rated to the agreed project timetable. If the client changes the project scope we agree an adjusted fee or hourly rate.
